A step-by-step guide for beginners.
CyberPanel is a popular, free, and open-source web hosting control panel that's known for its speed and lightweight nature. In this guide, we'll walk you through setting it up on a Hostinger KVM VPS. This tutorial assumes you have a Hostinger account and have purchased a KVM VPS plan.
To follow this guide, you'll need the KVM 2 plan (which includes the 1-click installer I'm using here). This plan provides the perfect balance of resources for running CyberPanel smoothly.
Get the Hostinger KVM 2 PlanOnce you've purchased your KVM 2 plan, log in to your Hostinger hPanel. Navigate to the "VPS" section and select your new server.
In your VPS management dashboard, you'll see an option to choose an operating system. Select "Ubuntu 22.04 with CyberPanel". This will automatically install the OS with CyberPanel, saving you a lot of time.
Once the installation is complete (it usually takes a few minutes), you'll receive an email with your CyberPanel login details. The URL will be something like `https://
Log in with the provided username and password. You'll be prompted to change your password on your first login.
From the CyberPanel dashboard, navigate to "Websites" > "Create Website". Fill in the details for your domain, select the PHP version, and check the boxes for SSL and other features you need. Click "Create Website" and you're done!
That's it! You've successfully installed CyberPanel on your Hostinger KVM VPS and are ready to host your websites. By using the 1-click installer, you've saved yourself a lot of manual configuration.
